TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes binding for Villa Verna Agriresort only upon receipt of the payment receipt of the deposit or credit card details. The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to 30% of the entire stay. Balance of payment: at check-in with the following methods: cash, debit card, Visa or Mastercard credit card. Checks are not accepted.
WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation of the reservation, Villa Verna Agriresort withholds compensation calculated progressively on the basis of the deposit paid. In fact, the advance is a penitential deposit that is withheld in full in the event of cancellation whatever the notice. If the cancellation occurs up to 3 days before the check-in date, the full amount or 100% of the booked stay will be due in addition to the deposit.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure, before the end of the booked stay, Villa Verna Agriresort will charge the cost of the entire stay.
PRIVACY POLICY
The customer expressly declares to have read and read the information on the processing of personal data indicated in the Privacy Policy, releasing the relative consent to the processing of the customer / s data for the purpose of carrying out the necessary procedures for the stay and the services of Villa Verna Agriresort.
PROHIBITIONS & PENALTIES
The use of stoves, open flames, candles and irons is prohibited in the rooms, in compliance with current fire prevention laws.
It is also forbidden to smoke in the rooms and common areas. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas of the garden or on the balconies of the rooms. If a guest smokes in the room, a "cleaning fee" equal to 20% of the cost of the stay will be charged in any case not less than Euro 100.
DAMAGES
Any material damage that the customer should cause to the structure, rooms, furnishings and systems such as swimming pool, spa, outdoor lighting, etc. will be charged during the balance of the stay directly by debit on the credit card under the heading "COMPENSATION DAMAGES". The valuation of the charge is solely the responsibility of Villa Verna Agriresort which will subsequently document the costs of the damage items with the related accounting documents. An increase of 15% will be applied to the total amount charged for damages as compensation for moral and image damages.
